Emma is an ACA-qualified accountant with a degree in Mathematics.

Sophie uses digital channels to scale consumer brands; testing consumer propositions, building long-term digital marketing & commercial strategies and identifying key growth drivers for scaling.

For over a decade Sophie has been at the forefront of eCommerce, at THG, Kantar and with a portfolio of scaling brands as Global eCommerce and Digital Marketing Director at investment accelerator Distill Ventures.

Victoria partners with businesses of varying sizes and across a broad range of industries during periods of growth, transformation, and special situations. She serves in interim CFO and CRO roles and provides strategic financial support on a fractional basis, designed to align with each organisation's unique requirements.

Victoria is an experienced restructuring professional, most recently holding senior roles supporting the boards, executive teams, creditors, and key stakeholders of large, highly regulated global organisations through complex restructuring and turnaround processes.
