With over 12 years of top-tier consulting experience at Deloitte and AlixPartners, Emma has also founded several of her own businesses and actively invests as an Angel in the consumer and tech sectors.
Emma is an ACA-qualified accountant with a degree in Mathematics.

Sophie Saunders
Co-founder & Fractional Growth Director
Sophie uses digital channels to scale consumer brands; testing consumer propositions, building long-term digital marketing & commercial strategies and identifying key growth drivers for scaling.
For over a decade Sophie has been at the forefront of eCommerce, at THG, Kantar and with a portfolio of scaling brands as Global eCommerce and Digital Marketing Director at investment accelerator Distill Ventures.
Sophie also founded an online marketplace for activewear and has a degree in Economics.
